Buildrent.co.uk is an independently run website that comprises two main content categories, the Cambridge Builder Directory and the Cambridge Rental Directory.

Having gained over 20 years experience in the building industry we were very aware of how difficult it is to find good, reliable tradespeople to carry out building work. We decided to build a site dedicated to providing a valuable resource for anyone about to embark on their own building project. It is also an ideal place for tradespeolple to advertise their skills and services.

The Cambridge Rental Directory aims to expand on the building theme by providing a database of rental properties that will benefit tenants and landlords in and around the Cambridge area.

One of the unique features of this site is the Text Editor. This is available to users when they place their adverts.
It gives users the ability to format their advert by changing font size, colours, backgrounds, headings, insert lists and much more.

Another powerful feature of the site is the advanced site search. This uses keywords in advert titles and descriptions and also category specific fields to further refine the search. Finding the right information is a quick and easy process.
