- BuildRent reserves the right to withdraw (without prior notice) any advert containing bad langauge or inappropriate images or text. Any user who abuses this site in any way will be blocked from registration in the future.
- Any negative feedback may result in an advert being removed from the site without notice and in the event of this happening, no refund will be given.
- BuildRent does not support or endorse any of the adverts featured on this site.
- Pesonal information is stored on a remote server database. Your details will not be sold or passed on to any third parties.
- BuildRent requires an e-mail address so that admin is able to contact you if necessary. You have the choice of displaying your e-mail address in your listing but in so doing you may receive spam. BuildRent will not be held responsible for this.
- BuildRent aims to respond to all enquiries within three working days but makes no such guarantee.
- BuildRent will not be held liable in the event of the site being unavailable on-line for reasons beyond its' control, including power failure, server time-out or server maintenance.
